Over the weekend, Lucy Liu hosted the Huading Film Awards at the Ricardo Montalban Theatre in Los Angeles. As China’s #1 film awards show, the Huading Awards chose to hold the international portion of the ceremony in Los Angeles this year—most likely so that celebrities don’t have to fly all the way to China to attend. Big winners of the night included Charlie Hunnam (“Best Global Emerging Actor”), Halle Berry (“Global Icon”), Orlando Bloom (“Best Global Actor”), and Guillermo del Toro (“Best Global Director”).
But it is in the humble opinion of this writer that the true winner at this event was none other than the always flawless Ms. Liu, who looked nothing short of perfection in her Carolina Herrera dress. Lucy recently celebrated her TV directorial debut on an episode of CBS’s Elementary, which she co-stars with Johnny Lee Miller.
Seriously, how has she not aged a day since Charlie’s Angels first hit theaters 14 years ago?
